Writer's picture: Alexus B.Alexus B.

“Bad boys are no good and good boys have no spunk” is the expression taken from Versace’s SS20 Menswear collection! The collection debut took place in Milan in memory of Donatella's deceased friend Keith Flint. The collection was a showcase of boys stepping into manhood and being their authentic selves. The leather biker jackets and leopard print garments were the highlight of the entire collection. The concept of cars were Versace's main focus at one point of the show, showing when a boy first grow into manhood, the first thing he wants is his own car.

The mixed-fabric suits and legendary Versace print button-ups brought a colorful yet, sleek and cool look to the collection. Details included brightly bold hair dye, thick platform heels, beautiful printed handkerchiefs, as well as the skinny neck-tie. This collection exemplified the efforts of coming into manhood while allowing your authentic self to still flourish.
