Wynwood is a popular Miami art district that is mainly known for its iconic colorful murals. If you are living in the Miami area and trying to find a creative muse for fashion, I would suggest giving Wynwood a visit at least once a month.
Every time JVOAB wants to style herself or a client, she would occasionally take a trip down to Wynwood Walls and take pictures of the murals. The colors and museums are great inspirational muses that can help you create visions.
However, if you don't live in the Miami, try finding a place or a park where there is a lot of paintings, sculptures, bold patterns, etc. This will help you expand your creative senses by seeing art from another person's perspective.
This is one of the only places in Miami where everyone who is enthused with art or fashion goes to take pictures, host informative events, and create ideas. A lot of networking goes on here as well so make sure you bring a notebook!
Along with the awesome murals and museums, there is food and bars! Just in case you get hungry from all the picture-taking and networking... my favorite place to go is KUSH craft beer and local food place. The food is amazing after a stroll of the Wynwood streets!
